Mark Teasdale, highly talented Michelin star chef at Sharrow Bay, and Nico Chieze, the hotel's ever-popular, award-winning Head Sommelier, are delighted to be making available as podcast downloads each month a series of fabulous recipes together with recommended wines for each dish.

Each month, Mark will be talking you through the preparation of one of his favourite dishes that regularly features on the Sharrow Bay menu. Nico, always a great favourite with guests, especially when recommending the most appropriate wines to enjoy with the various items on the menu. His distinctive French accent is always a wow with the ladies.
