Michelin star chef hosts demonstration at Skelton show Posted on 07/12/2007
Sharrow Bay's Michelin star Head Chef, Colin Akrigg, made an appearance at this year's annual Skelton show, a traditional Cumbrian agricultural show attracting around 10,000 visitors from all around the country.
Colin hosted a gastronomic cookery demonstration using local salmon, lamb and venison in the Cumbria Food Hall tent.
Colin commented, 'I prepared seven dishes over one hour with the aim of showing people how ratatouille and risotto complement both fish and meat dishes.'
