The Spring garden gives me great inspiration for creating floral displays.
Unfortunately early Spring flowers do not last in the warm cosy lounges here at Sharrow Bay, but I love to arrange flowering stems of Forsythia, Corylus Contorta with its lambs-tail catkins, and my favourite Garrya Elliptica with its long silk tassel catkins, with my weekly delivery of flowers.
This month I must say goodbye to the Christmas Poinsettia plants, (which are still going strong!).
I will replace them with Phaleonopsis Orchid plants, these long lasting Orchids come in an array of stunning colours.
I'm looking forward to the March garden for floral inspiration!
